You have up to fourteen (14) days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
How to Return
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To return, you may need to contact us along with your order number and our team to help you in returning your orders.
We ONLY offer a free return service for customers who have received defective and wrong products without any handling fees. For other cases, you may be responsible for all return charges (return shipping fee, tax and etc.)
We don’t offer an exchange service once your order has been placed/fulfilled/delivered. However, you could contact our customer service team as soon as possible if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
For customers who have received wrong or defective products, we will refund to you on the same payment method used for the order all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the items or evidence of you having sent back the items or verify your return by other means, whichever is earlier. Should you choose to keep certain items and only make partial return, the delivery cost and relevant tax will not be refunded.
Refund Time Frame
As general, we will refund to you on the same payment method used for the order, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the items or evidence of you having sent back the items or verify your return by other means, whichever is earlier.
