1.1 By using the Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions before placing your order.
1.2 Only persons 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship and, are not acting in a capacity of a company can place an order. Our online shop is addressed to customers from the following countries: Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Lebanon, Netherlands, New Zealand, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, China, Macau SAR, China.
1.3 The sale of goods is exclusively governed by these Terms & Conditions. Other terms and conditions, if any, only apply if they have been accepted by us.
1.4 English is the exclusive contract language.
2.Conclusion of the Contract
2.1 You can browse all the items from the range of our online shop as visitor. You will not be asked to sign up, login to your personal account or otherwise provide any personal data for the purpose of browsing the Website.
2.2 Before placing an order, you need to create a personal account on the Website, for which your e-mail address, username and password are required. Once you have successfully signed up for our member, you only need to enter your e-mail address and password for the next login to your personal account on the Website.
2.3 You can select individual items (including their color and size) from the range of the online shop and send them to the electronic shopping cart by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button. You can also send them to the electronic wishlist by clicking on the “ADD TO WISHLIST” button first, and at a later stage review these items again in the wishlist, select individual items you like and send them to the shopping cart by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button. Those items added to the shopping cart will be automatically removed from the wishlist at the same time.
2.4 After clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button, you can select the quantity of such selected items you would like to purchase, however you can no longer change their color and size, unless you delete such selected items from your shopping cart and select again from the very beginning.
2.6 After clicking on the “CHECKOUT” button, you will be asked to enter all of the information required for the delivery of the selected items, including the full name, telephone number, country/region, city, postcode, full address of the recipient and email. You may at the same time or at a later stage select “SAVE MY ADDRESS” as the default address for the purpose of future use.
2.7 After entering all the required information listed in Section 2.6 and clicking on the “CONFIRM” button to acknowledge such information, you will come to a summary page on which shipping address, order details and price (including sale, order amount, saved, shipping, tax and total) are shown for your final check before making the payment. Any change to the delivery address information is possible on this page.2.8 PayPal is the only means of payment available to you when you place an order in our online shop. You need to have a PayPal account to complete an order with us. By clicking on the “PayPal” button, you will be directed to the payment system of PayPal. An order will be deemed completed after you successfully effect the payment as instructed in the payment system of PayPal. You will then be re-directed back to our Website and find “SUCCESSFULLY PAID” displayed on this page (the “Processing Page”), where you can see information concerning your order including order details, order summary and shipping address .
2.9 After successfully placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt for your order per e-mail (the “Confirmation”). The Confirmation contains a link to the information regarding your order. We would advise you to print and save this Confirmation and the order information. The Confirmation will not be saved by us. The Confirmation does not establish a purchase agreement; the confirmation of receipt merely documents that your order was received by us.
2.10 We reserve the right to decline the order; we are under no obligation to conclude a contract on the basis of your order. Your order is first accepted by us upon dispatch of the ordered goods. You will receive notification of this in a separate e-mail.
2.11 You have the right to cancel the order(s) you have placed at any time before the fulfillment of delivery , and initiate the refund application by accessing to the Processing Page through “Orders” and clicking on the “REFUND” button. You need to select one of the specified reasons and where appropriate upload any relevant photos to complete your refund application. We shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order(s). A refund application is only available for the cancellation of a whole submitted order.
2.12 Upon the fulfillment of delivery, the “REFUND” function will no longer be available, until and unless it is re-activated under the circumstance provided in Section 6.3.
2.13 You can change your personal data maintained in “My Account” and “Shipping Address ” at any time when you login.
3.Availability and Delivery
3.1 If one or more of the items ordered by you are no longer available for delivery at the time of your order, we reserve the right to decide to reject the order in part or entirely. In this case, we will inform you immediately about the further proceedings via e-mail.
3.2 If the item or items ordered by you are available, the delivery time to you at the address provided is approximately [2-7] business days following the receipt of your order. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

4.1 All prices shown for individual items in the online shop do not include delivery cost and any applicable local VAT or customs duties. The total price (including delivery cost and applicable customs duties) will be shown before you make the payment. We would advise you to check your local VAT rate before you place an order.
4.2 We charge a delivery fee for each shipment according to charging standards in different region, which is shown in the table below and will be clearly indicated during the check-out process.
4.3 The price is to be paid in USD and the indication in your local currency is only for orientation, based on an approximate exchange rate. The effective exchange rate is subject to the exchange rate applied by your bank or payment provider in the moment of effective payment.
4.4 If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. Prices in store, catalogue and online may vary.
5.1 You can only pay for your ordered goods before delivery by PayPal.
5.2 All payments shall be made in USD.
6.Right of Withdrawal
6.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within  days for any product with defect. The withdrawal period will expire after  days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your inquiry to withdraw from this contract by an statement.
6.2 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. We will send you an e-mail for acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay.
6.3 Your withdrawal requirement made in accordance with Section 6.1 after the ordered goods are dispatched (whether delivered or not) will be handled by our customer service staff. The refund function in your personal account will be available if your withdrawal requirement is sent to us at CustomerHelp@moco.com via e-mail and deemed compliant with these Terms & Conditions. You can then initiate the refund application by accessing to the Fulfilled Page through “Orders” and clicking on the “ANY QUESTIONS?” button to your refund application. After submitting your application, there will be a “CHECK UPDATES” button for you to follow up with the withdrawal process.
6.4 If you withdraw from this contract and complete the refund application, we shall reimburse to you via PayPal all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the items, whichever is earlier. Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
6.5 We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
6.6 You shall send back the goods at your own expense without undue delay and in any event not later than  days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
6.7 MO&Co. guarantees a full refund of the returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to be tried on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
7.Reservation of Ownership
7.1 The goods delivered remain our property until paid for in full.
8.1 If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, MO&Co. abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay. MO&Co. will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund and bear the costs of delivery arising from returning.
9.Limitation of Liability
9.1 We will not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations under these Terms & Conditions by anything you (including anyone acting on your behalf) do or fail to do or due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
9.2 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms & Conditions, our liability for losses you suffer arising under or in connection with our breach of these Terms & Conditions (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) is limited to the purchase price of the goods you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaching this agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.

You agree not to use goods and the Website for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any wasted management time or lost profits, business, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings, or for any loss of, or damage to, data.
