What if my customer wants activate or de-activate International Roaming on my account?
You can either ring MoCo or call your network directly. You need to do this before you go abroad as the service needs to be activated on the UK network first.


My new handset has a different menu to my old one - where can I find out more about what it can do?
We suggest to all our customers that they keep a copy of their handset guide and the network guide that they receive with their phones and sim card for future reference. The functionality of handsets is advancing all the time, so they are very useful for understanding certain features. However, if you don't know how to access certain features on your phone,visit the manufacturers website.

What happens if I need to get a PUK code for my phone?
Contact MoCo who will obtain the PUK code for you, we will need the full name, address and mobile number of the customer.


How do I set up voicemail on my mobile number?
Each network has a different system so we suggest you dial your network customer services from your handset and get them to talk you through the process.
Calling network customer services from your handset:
O2 - 100
Vodafone - 191
Orange - 150 or 345 (businesses)
T-Mobile - 150
3 - 333


What happens when I want to upgrade my phone?
Email or Fax over customer details to 01634 227717 with the network thet are connected to and we will call/fax/email a reply back.


There is also lots of information available on the manufacturers websites, and if you see a phone that you like and it is not available on our website, we can probably order it in for you. Call MoCo for more information
