New Advertising Campaign for Orange

Orange have launched their second major ad campaign of 2007, the "Life, as you like it" campaign will mean a coming together for Pay monthly, Pay as you go and the new 'gigsandtours' music service.
The television ads will involve a central character and friends singing.
The consumer campaign was unveiled on the 16th of May with the business campaign following on the 4th of June.




Orange and TVGuide.co.uk team up

The Orange Ad Network has signed a deal with TVGuide.co.uk to sell advertising space on the web.
The Ad network will offer advertorial and sponsorship packages to it's clients. TVGuide.co.uk have just redesigned their website to cope with a massive increase in traffic. Clients can advertise on banners and skyscrapers on the website which reaches over a million visitors each month.


Vodafone get Simon Murray on board

Simon Murray has been appointed as a non-executive director of Vodafone.
Murray, whose career has largely been based in Asia, has previously worked for Deutsche Bank, Jardine Matheson and Hutchison Whampoa, where he oversaw the launch of mobile telecommunications networks across the world.
Murray, who is also an advisory board member of the China National Offshore Oil Corporation, will take up the role from 1 July.
Following Murray's appointment, Lord Broers, a non-executive director of Vodafone since January 1998, is to retire from the Board.
Broers, who chaired the Vodafone Group Foundation for five years, will step down after the company's AGM on 24 July.
Sir John Bond, Vodafone chairman, said: “Alec Broers has served with distinction as a non-executive director for over nine years. We thank him for all he has done for Vodafone and wish him well in the future.” Sir John added: “I am delighted to welcome Simon Murray to the Vodafone Board. His considerable knowledge of mobile telecommunications and his entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with his vast experience of the Asia-Pacific region, will be a great asset to the company.”
